Visitors are respectfully requested not to arrive before 4pm and leave no later than 10am on day of departure unless pre arranged.

A Flexible Cancellation Admin Fee of £40 gives guests the certainty of securing their preferred dates but also a flexible cancellation policy.

If you cancel between 60 days and 5 days before the check in date, you will receive a refund of the total rent you have paid minus the relevant admin fee.

Cancellation after this, you will receive all monies paid minus the relevant admin fee and 50% of the deposit.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if the dates you require are not available. We can then contact you in the event of a cancellation.

If the number of nights you require do not fit the options available please do contact us as we try to be a flexible as possible.
